As a manager of HRM/P&O, how can I ensure that a staff member is no longer seriously harassed and slandered by colleagues? How do I avoid being accused of being a bad employer later?
As manager of HRM/P&O, you are partly responsible for the performance of personnel within a sorting company. A number of employees on the shop floor targeted a colleague. They routinely harass him with threats and recently even physical violence. They do make sure it doesn't happen openly. The employee confided in you and informed you of the problem. He rightly expects - from you and the company - action.

How do I get clear on what is going on and how do I get it proven? Only then can appropriate action be taken!
